The PPRC F55 Turbo is designed to deliver strong mid-to-high RPM performance, improved throttle response and efficient boost delivery throughout the rev range.

Built for performance-focused 1KD and 4JJ1 diesel engines, the F55 features an upgraded turbine and compressor design, reinforced internal components and an integrated wastegate system to support increased power and torque.

Whether you're upgrading your daily-driven 4WD or building a high-performance setup, the PPRC F55 offers the potential for significant performance gains when paired with the right supporting modifications and custom tuning.

Vehicle Compatibility & Fitment

The PPRC F55 Turbo is suitable for selected vehicles fitted with the 1KD and 4JJ1 diesel engines.

RC Colorado & Pre-DPF Isuzu D-Max (4JJ1)

The F55 is a bolt-on turbo upgrade; however, installation requires modifications to:

• Oil feed and drain hoses

• Dump pipe

Modified Explorer can supply the additional components required for installation at an extra cost.

Toyota Hilux (1KD)

The F55 is a bolt-on turbo upgrade with modifications required to:

• Oil feed and drain hoses

• Dump pipe

• Intake pipe

• Intercooler piping

Additional installation components can be supplied by Modified Explorer at an extra cost.

Typical Performance:

• Approximately 180–250 HP

• Torque figures up to 650 Nm

• Results vary depending on vehicle model, year, engine condition, tuning and supporting modifications.

High-Performance Setups:

With supporting upgrades such as a larger intercooler, 3-inch exhaust, upgraded airbox and high-flow injectors, some builds have achieved:

• 350+ HP at the wheels

• Over 650 Nm of torque at the wheels
