Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been touched or tampered with by an unapproved mechanic without our prior authorization. Additionally, any work performed by a mechanic without our knowledge and approval will not be covered.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there may be processing times before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us at modified.explorer@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon assessment. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us first at modified.explorer@gmail.com to discuss the issue. Send your item to: 79 Cummins Street, Unanderra, NSW, 2526, Australia.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Modified Explorer does not cover labour costs for removing or reinstalling an exchanged product. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

By purchasing from Modified Explorer PTY LTD, you agree that any further damages resulting from a failed product, incorrect installation, or incorrect use are not the responsibility of Modified Explorer PTY LTD.
