An Extended Brake Hose is needed when increasing travel in the rear travel. Common lifts of 3 Inch and above will cause the rear brake line to pull tight which will in time break leaving you without brakes on the track.
Braided brake lines increase the clamping pressure at the caliper giving you better braking, this happens because normal rubber lines can swell, especially when extended, the more area the more chance of the rubber building pressure within itself.
These extended brake lines are ADR approved and easy to change. A brake bleed will be needed after install.
